1. Bladderwack. This is a type of brown seaweed and it goes by many other names like rockweed, red fucus, and black tang. 4. Lily of the Valley. This is a plant where the root and dried flower tips are used to make medicine. It is used to treat heart problems including heart failure and irregular heartbeats. It can also help with fluid retention, strokes and UTI.
